Rental conditions

The price

* The price of our studios at ViewTalay 2 is:
9,800 THB approximately 264 € from April to October inclusive.
15,350 THB approximately 414 € from November to March inclusive.

* Contact us for a long term rental

* Electricity and water are billed at the end of the stay, or every month for stays longer than 1 month, and deducted from the security deposit.
Water is billed at 75 baht per m3 and electricity at 6 baht per kw.

* Compulsory cleaning is done twice a week plus cleaning on departure. This service includes the cleaning of the studio, the change of sheets and towels. It is billed at the end of the stay and deducted from the security deposit or every month for stays over 1 month, the rate is 370 baht per cleaning.

* The rental amount increased by the security deposit is payable (in Bahts or in your currency) upon your arrival (less the amount of any deposit paid). 

* Amount of the security deposit: 37 and 41 m², 5,000 Bahts for one month.

* To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% may be requested depending on the season and the owner.

* If you wish, we can put you in touch with a serious transport company for the transfer from the airport to your residence, or for any other journey.

* Unlimited Internet connections (WiFi or 4G) are available in all our apartments on request (specify when booking).
